How To Find Who Are Connected To My WiFi?

Some times when your Wi-Fi network is public or not password protected then you will see that some unknown devices are connected to the network. Some of the connected devices may be your own devices while others may be of people that you don’t know. You can identify the devices that are connected to your Wi-Fi network by finding out their IP addresses.

Through the Admin Panel of your router, you can not only find out the IP address of the connected devices but also the names of the connected devices. With the help of IP Address and device name, you can find out which devices are connected to the network and which device is yours and which isn’t.

To find out which devices are connected to your Wi-Fi Network, follow these steps:

  1. Open a web browser.
  2. In the URL bar, type http://www.routerlogin.net or http://routerlogin.net.
  3. A login page will be displayed. Log in into the Admin Panel of the router using the login username and password. (You can find out the default username and password from the label of the router)
  4. Once logged in, go to BASIC > Attached Devices.
  5. You can then find out the Device Name along with the IP Address of each device.
